We research, plan, shoot, edit and produce multimedia projects for commercial, non commercial, news, documentary and product promotion through videos and images.
Abhishek Madhukar and Jean Lepcha worked together for 15 years before establishing a small, personalized, reportage based production company in India.

With over 20 years of experience in reportage and journalism we follow more of a documentary style of shooting films, leaning towards cinema vérité.

As a multimedia journalist, Abhishek worked as a correspondent for Thomson Reuters based in Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh. His last two jobs were with BBC and with UNDP as a video /photo journalist and camera and edit professional.
He has published over a hundred articles and photographs, primarily on the Tibet issue and the Dalai Lama, mostly related to Human Rights issue for over a decade. A few of his stories and images for Reuters were carried in the New York Times, and Time magazine.
He has also been the editor of India's first and only of it's kind photography magazine, Creative Image. Published by Mr Raghu Rai India most eminent photographer and a Padamshree apart from being India's first Magnum photographer.
Prior to his current profile Abhishek has free-lanced as a journalist and photographer for various national and international dailies and lifestyle as well as travel magazines, writing articles on lifestyle, art, travel, culture, religion and politics.
During his freelance career, he was simultaneously employed as a tour guide where he often provided research assistance to documentary filmmakers and journalists traveling through remote areas of India and Nepal. Working on films and documentaries related to human rights and environment.
His knowledge of multiple languages including English, extend to Nepalese, Bangla, Punjabi, some dialects of Rajasthani and his mother tongue Hindi. A variety of languages has helped him expand and create bonds and a wide network across India. Resulting in mutually rewarding professional and personal relationships and he has expanded the horizon for reporting stories in multiple languages across the subcontinent.
His professional experience in journalism and production extends from shooting, editing and producing video reports for The New York Times, BBC, DW, The Economist, Stern, Die Zeit, Le Temps, Le Point, and Condé Nast Traveller along with many more national and international news outlets.
